- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.

For example, if a Gold-tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
Cashback is generally credited to the account within the scheduled time each week. Specific conditions may also apply to cashback.
